Merger of Global Knowledge Japan and Global Knowledge Asia aims to form the largest training provider in Asia :-

Global Knowledge Network Japan, Ltd. (Located in Tokyo, Japan President: Takashi Ozawa Referred to “GK Japan” hereinafter) has obtained shares of Global Knowledge Asia Pte. Ltd. (Located in Singapore, Referred to "GK Asia" hereinafter). GK Japan will strengthen relationship to collaborate with GK Asia in order to provide enterprise customers in Asia with wholesome, scalable, more effective and efficient human capital development services.

1. Background
Asia’s high growth potential attracts variety of industries and many enterprises have expanded or are expanding business into Asia. For those enterprises, it becomes a challenge to establish borderless IT infrastructure, and human capital who can understand and conduct business in such an environment is in high demand. GK Japan has set its goal to lead respective Global Knowledge operations in multiple Asian nations to provide assistance both to domestic and international enterprises for transforming their employees to Globally-capable human capital.

2. Objective of Merger

Cary, NC - June 7, 2012 - Global Knowledge, worldwide leader in IT and business training, today announced the availability of a new Cisco course, ISE - Implementing Cisco Identity Services Engine Secure Solutions. Students in the five-day course will learn to install, configure, and deploy Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), a new flagship Cisco security product.

The new course is designed for Cisco channel partners and field engineers seeking to meet the education requirement to attain Authorized Technology Provider status, which enables them to sell Cisco ISE.

In enhanced hands-on labs, students will learn to perform a fundamental installation of ISE, and they will learn to configure identity-based networks with 802.1X for both wired and wireless clients using Windows 7. Students will use the latest version of ISE 1.1 and have access to the Cisco 2504 Wireless LAN Controller running software code 7.2, providing features the earlier version does not.

To help complete their ISE training, students will receive five extra e-Lab credits, a Global Knowledge course exclusive, to review a topic after class, refine skills, or get in extra practice.
